Around 3 weeks ago, when I started focusing here, on this newsletter, I did not had a clue that our viewership will increase every passing week.
We gained 36 subscribers in the last 3 weeks which is like

Use your Creativity to innovate
And we can learn that from Mrs Lata Jagdeesh
IIT Bombay established a kindergarten school in its premises where children of its all employees (from faculty members to support staff) can study for early education.
and Lata mam spent 22 years as the principal to keep the legacy of this school high.
In 2010 a faculty parent requested for a project to be prepared on the theme of bio-diversity with the little kids of the school!
She wanted this to be presented to the then Minister of Environment at a global conference where he was the Chief Guest! This event was suppose to be held at the Teen Murti Bhavan, New Delhi
Now it was quite a challenge for Lata madam.
A synonym to hard work and creativity that she is, she went on a hunt to find an idea.
And soon she decided to create a dictionary for young kids
Not an ordinary dictionary, but an A3 size dictionary, where on each page, there would be a scatch on an exhaustic animal, that are on the verge of extinction.
and children were supposed to fill this external perferri with Pulses, pencil rind and other similar waste to best type material.
They were also suggested to try a hand at spray painting, vegetable/leaf printing, finger/thumb printing, collage etc
and Ta Da
A beautiful dictionary came out that each student and parent loved and guess what, a trip to delhi was sposnored for her and Lata mam and her students presented this dictionary to the then Industry Minster Shri Jairam Ramesh (in 2010).
We have got a few other ideas from her as well that will be covered in the coming editions.
