Who are we and how do we plan to help schools?

What can we do to change schools especially those in tier 3 cities and the rural strata?

We have found that in most cases school leaders are the bottle necks for innovation

Most of them are not willing to learn anything new

and a few those who are willing to explore school innovation, almost always find it either too expensive for them or too generic and impractical that does not help.

These willing school leaders are our only hope and things can change, If we can help and empower them

To address this gap, we are devising a four point strategy to build a platform to support these school leaders

  • Weekly newsletter - Our weekly newsletter (edmonks.substack.com) already has more than 450 subscribers.

  • YouTube Channel - We are building a YouTube Channel EdMonks, that has more than a 1000 subscribers.

  • Documents/Courses/Reports - We have already started developing such stuff.

  • Hosting full day training - we hosted a successful pilot workshop at PKR Jain Vatika Sr. Sec. School, Ambala, which was attended by 30 school leaders and received overwhelmingly positive feedback (we have video testimonials by all the participants, please have a look at the videos here),

Now our next goal is to expand its reach by hosting at least 5 more such workshops in 5 different cities in partnership with various esteemed institutions during the second half of April and the first half of May.

If you are a such a school leader, you may enroll yourself for the invite.

We are soon going to host one in Delhi, another we wish to host in Chandigarh and we plan to do 3 more such workshops in other regions where we could find a venue partner school/college/university.

By the way we release our newsletter in 4 weekly themes

So we are exploring these 4 segments to transform schools.

We help schools in the following manner

  1. We offer a very affordable 12 week hybrid (online + offline) consultancy program to improve its impact.

  2. We also offer an EdMonks Powered School Innovation Program.

  3. We also offer a mentoring Program to school owner.

In this newsletter, we would try sharing thoughts, ideas and experiments that practicing innovators are trying to implement.

so that enthusiasts can learn them and a larger impact can be created
