The Idea

Every morning we as leaders need to ensure that the students are relaxed and in good mood for learning.

Teachers are multitasking as homemakers they might have faced some issues in the rushed hours of the morning and hence a bit ruffled and hassled.

We as leaders have to ensure that we set the mood of the class right.

Starting your round from the junior most class, check if the teacher is in good mood or needs help to settle her nerves.

We can handle the child who is upset while the teacher takes care of the rest of the class.

Here we are empowering the teacher with our support and she knows we stand by her when she needs extra help.

Now this will pave the path for the effective learning of the day.
