and I need suggestions from my friends before doing so,

You see I am talking about changing this newsletter that is already proving its relevance
This weekly newsletter 'Innovation Led School Growth' has already got 100 subscribers which is fairly a nice achievement in this space
But I have a challenge and a crossroad
and I want your advice
Why I started writing this newsletter
There are 2 kinds of schools
- schools that do not want to innovate (they will not do anything anyways)
- and schools that are innovative
and since I do not believe in school growth without innovation, I was planning nothing to help the first kind of schools
I wanted to instead help innovative schools,
and I realized that the problem for the school leaders here was not about educating students
This was easy for them
the real problem was//is to educate parents
You see, most of them do not really understand, what is good education, and innovative school leaders suffer immensely because of this issue.
because whatever they propose, these parents dispose of.
My reason to write this newsletter was to help innovative school leaders to understand, how can they use brand communication to prove their point
What is the pivot and the reason for to pivot
if you see the content of my newsletter,
Here I write a lot about what ways schools can teach new and then I also write about how to convince parents
it is 4-part innovation and 1 part communication.
But I was not sure about how much this indirect help is really helping school leaders
You see persuasion needs Ethos, Pathos, And Logos
ethos refers to the appeal to authority
pathos refers to the appeal to emotion
and logos refers to the appeal to reason
and I am feeling that this mechanism may only help school leaders with logos and a little bit of pathos
but the ethos cannot be managed by this mechanism
so I realized, I need to make some changes
I am contemplating breaking this content into two parts
one for communication
and another for innovation
The Pivot
Here is the thought on my mind that I want to execute
and I seek your suggestions
the idea is to bifurcate the content into two parts
1. one part only focused on communication only for school leaders to help them understand the brand communication that they need to apply. check this audio course
2. and transform this newsletter into content that talks about what new things we should share with children and how can they learn them in an easy way and then this content will be equally good for instead school leaders, parents, and teachers as well
