What have I planned for 2023?
This is the last edition of 2022
And I want to share, what is happening in my mind,
so that when after a year, I see this article, I will actually know, from where I started focusing here on it and what I have been able to learn after that
So it is more like a milestone post.
Prior to the pandemic, I was doing training and consultancy around school growth which essentially means school innovation plus brand communication.
I believed that I have hundreds of ideas that schools can use to skyrocket their growth.
And the pandemic, I wanted to convert EdMonks into a content platform where school leaders can come and get inspiring ideas for school innovation.
I slept on that thought for months.
And then one fine day, I happened to taste the creator’s economy
where I unwillingly republished my existing book as an e-book
and in less than a month, I got my first sales.
That INR 37 was a trigger for the idea of putting together a content platform.
I wanted to know exactly how many ideas I can put together
Do I have 10, 20, 30, 50, 100 . . . .how many?
I thought, why not start with a large goal and gave myself a task to write 100 ideas altogether to start this platform
After writing just two ideas, I realized
this is not a one-night fight.
I may have to burn the night oil at a large frequency.
And I thought, writing a weekly newsletter would be a perfect idea, to begin with.
and I can write weekly stories and I can additionally write ideas.
As I do not want many to actually have a look at these ideas, I decided to put them behind the paywall.
However, the stories remain public.
So this is it.
Fasten your seat belts
and get ready to read weekly stories of school innovation in 2023.
And if you care to support my work, you may also opt for the paid version to deliberate with me upon the ideas.
