This week we hosted a free online session for school leaders ‘School Growth Framework’
Some 25 people registered but as usuals only 13 people joined in the session, but YES, all those who joined in, shared their happiness with new learning.
Saba, Rasika, Yasmin and a few more asked wonderful questions, and I was happy to see that people wanted to have the presentation. (I plan to share it with all the attendees who will send me a text for it)
We were also lucky to have the presence of Ms Lata Jagdeesh and Ms Kalpana Kadiyan, bothe of them are EdMonks contributers
Ms Uma Sharma, who is also among our contributers, had to cancel her plan at the last minute because of some unforeseen circumstances and we missed her a lot.

We also missed Ms Vandana Banga (purely my mistake) as I missed adding her in the broadcast and so could not share the link to the event, but I think, she was the reason because of which many new people joined in this session.
Hope to not do this mistake again. Overall it was a good fun thing

Idea - ‘Military training in Private Schools’
Watch the video of this idea on
or YouTube
Military training can be used as a tool for belief engineering in schools. Challenging physical limits by physical and endurance training for stamina building can help develop the will power in students. Sainik schools uses this as differntiators from K 12 schools.
The demand for compulsary military training has been raised by one all which is not possible in our country due to various limitations. But every school can implement military training and sports apart from academics to achieve excellence and over all personality development of students.
This is evident from the recent policy decision to open 100 Sainik School run by private NGOs and its already agreed in principal to enhance it to 1000 Sainik School's in India.
Good initiative by you sir. Very much needed today with the kind of wave going around. All the best and we will together will surely bring a massive and much needed transformation
Edmonks doing great job. Special thanks to Anupam Sir for his contribution.
